Flamingo Architects offers architectural and design consultancy services. Our minimum service cost is INR 50,000. The final amount can be changed based on the project requirements and scope.
- Payments & Refunds
Advance payment of non-refundable nature has to be made prior to any project initiation.
The payment as per the mutually agreed payment terms has to be made in full.
Refunds will be given only in cases of non-delivery of service due to our error.
- Client Responsibilities
Supply correct project information and specifications.
Work together with our team to execute the project within time.
Stick to agreed-upon deadlines for document submissions or approvals.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All designs and ideas are owned by Flamingo Architects until payment in full is made.
Clients are not allowed to reproduce, sell, or distribute any material supplied by us without express written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
Flamingo Architects shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused due to the usage of our services.
- Changes to Terms
We have the right to change these terms at any given time. The clients will be informed about any major changes.
